When we bought him he was a jumper with show ribbons and trophies. When we went
out of town we left him with our grandfather and I guess while our grandfather was taking care of Gus, Gus hit he's eye on
a smaller twig while comming into his stall to eat.A few weeks after we got back we were w/ our farrier and thats when we
noticed IT there was something small and white in the center of Gus's eye we had a gutt feeling about it, we asked our farrier
what we should do and our farrier said you don't need to do any thing. so we didn't and about a week laer it had gotten bigger
and we couldn't stand it so we took him into the vets office and the vet said we need to get him to an equine eye facility
so we rushed him over to oklahomo and they told us that it was to late and that we need to take his left eye out so we did
the precidure. It took a few months for him to get used to it, But now gus is fine and we are putting him up for sale because
we Have to MANY horses!!!since he lost his left eye he has not been jumped but he has been ridden and he is really good at
